Book a call

Light Wheel Alignment is a wheel alignment and car servicing workshop at 60 Byron Place in the Adelaide CBD. Their old WordPress site sent every call button to a number in South Korea. We rebuilt it as 100 pages, one for every search a local driver makes, with a call button that dials Adelaide and a quote form that lands in their own inbox.

The Challenge

The workshop ran on a Divi WordPress site. It looked fine at a glance, but the parts that bring in work were broken.

What was wrong:

  • Calls went to South Korea - Every tap-to-call link was set to +82, the country code for South Korea, so a customer tapping Call on a phone rang a number in Seoul.
  • Template leftovers - The maps were pasted from an India-based session, and the site listed Certified Detailers, a service the workshop does not offer.
  • One page for everything - Logbook servicing for 13 car brands and the suburbs they serve had no pages of their own, so the site could not show up for those searches.

The fix was not more visitors. It was making sure the visitors they already had could call and book.

Every call button on the old site dialled South Korea. Now every one dials the workshop in Adelaide.

Our Approach

Fix the basics, build a page for every search, then make it fast.

  • Phase 1: Fix what loses customers
  • Phase 2: A page for every search
  • Phase 3: Fast and steady on a phone

Phase 1 : Fix what loses customers

The phone number now dials +61 8 8212 1448 from every button, in the header and a call bar that stays at the bottom of the screen on phones. The wrong services and the pasted maps are gone.

Phase 2 : A page for every search

The site grew to 100 pages, each built around something drivers actually type into Google.

  • Logbook servicing - 13 brand pages, from Audi and Volkswagen to Toyota and Land Rover.
  • Suburb pages - a wheel alignment page for each suburb they draw customers from, Enfield and Kilburn included.
  • Services - wheel alignment, brakes, clutch, repairs and maintenance, and on-site car support.
  • Guides - plain answers to questions like whether your car needs a wheel alignment.

Phase 3 : Fast and steady on a phone

Pages load quickly and nothing jumps around while they load. The old WordPress addresses redirect to their new pages, so nothing Google already knew was lost.

The Quote Form

The quote form asks for name, phone, email, the vehicle, the service needed and a message. It works the same on a phone as on a desktop.

A hidden field catches spam before it reaches the workshop.

How an Enquiry Reaches the Workshop

Every request is saved and lands in the workshop’s own lead inbox on their domain, where they can see every enquiry in one place.

Customers who would rather talk tap the number, and now it rings in Adelaide.
