Book a call

LA Groundbreakers runs black cars across Greater Los Angeles. Their website could not take a booking: the quote button was disabled and the script behind it was mis-wired, so every request went nowhere. We rebuilt the site on their own domain, gave them a quote form that works and a lead inbox of their own.

The Challenge

LA Groundbreakers runs chauffeured cars for airport runs, corporate travel, weddings, proms, wine tours and hourly hire. People found the website. They just could not book from it.

What was wrong:

  • A quote form that could not send - The submit button was disabled and the script behind it was mis-wired. Not one request ever got through.
  • No record of demand - With no working form there was no list of who had asked for a car, for what, or when.

The site did not need more visitors first. It needed to stop losing the ones it already had.

54 enquiries in the first three months on the new site. The old form had never sent a single one.

LA Groundbreakers home page hero: More than a ride. It is an experience.

Our Approach

We kept everything the old site had earned on Google and rebuilt everything that was broken, in three steps.

  • Phase 1: Keep what already ranks
  • Phase 2: A page for every trip, car and area
  • Phase 3: A form that works, and a place for leads to land

Phase 1 : Keep what already ranks

The release kept the original page addresses, titles, descriptions, headings and sitemaps exactly as they were, so the rebuild did not cost them their place in search.

Phase 2 : A page for every trip, car and area

The site now runs 43 pages.

  • Services - 9 pages, from airport transfers and corporate travel to weddings, proms, tailgating and wine tasting.
  • Fleet - 4 pages: limousine, party bus, sedans and SUVs, and the Mercedes Sprinter.
  • Service areas - 15 suburb pages, from Malibu and Santa Monica to Bel Air, Brentwood and West Hollywood.
  • Landing pages - 6 pages, one per search: black car service, chauffeur service, limousine, Sprinter, SUV and wedding.

Phase 3 : A form that works, and a place for leads to land

A quote form that sends, an email to the owner the moment it does, and a lead inbox that keeps every request.

The Quote Form

The form sits at the foot of the home page under the line "Tell us where, when, and how many." On a phone, a Call and Quote bar stays at the bottom of the screen, so the form is always one tap away.

It asks for first and last name, phone, email, service type, travel date, pickup time, passengers, pickup location and destination. All ten are required, because a chauffeur cannot price a trip without them. Trip details are optional, and there is a box to agree to text messages.

A hidden honeypot field turns away most spam bots before a request is ever saved.

How an Enquiry Reaches the Owner

The moment a request is sent it is saved to a database, along with the page it came from.

Seconds later the owner gets a branded black and gold email with the trip details and a button to open the lead.

Every request also lands in their own lead inbox at leads.lagroundbreakers.com. They sign in with a link sent to their email, set a status on each lead, add notes and export the list.

Outcome

54 real enquiries came through in the first three months, from 19 May to 20 August 2026. 43 were full quote requests, 7 asked for a callback and 4 were general messages.

For the first time, the owner has a list of every person who asked for a car.
