Adelaide Health Group brings five allied health disciplines under one roof in Torrensville, Adelaide: physiotherapy, psychology, exercise physiology, dietetics and occupational medicine. Their domain held a holding page. We built the full site, written in the clinic’s own words and shot in its own rooms, and put it live on their domain.

The Challenge

Adelaide Health Group had the team, the rooms and five disciplines. What it did not have was a website. Their domain showed a holding page.

What the site had to do:

  • Explain five disciplines at once - Each one needed a clear page of its own, without the home page turning into a list.
  • Serve referrers as well as patients - GPs, insurers and employers send work to the clinic, so they needed a page written for them.
  • Stay inside the rules - Health advertising rules in Australia allow no testimonials, reviews or outcome claims. The site had to earn trust with plain facts and real photos.

Occupational medicine, the clinic’s flagship, covers fitness-for-work, pre-employment and medicolegal assessments. It needed room of its own.

Every enquiry reaches reception within seconds. On the first live test, the notification email went out five seconds after the form was sent.

Our Approach

We built it in three steps, from the clinic’s own material.

  • Phase 1: Real rooms, real people
  • Phase 2: A page for each discipline and each practitioner
  • Phase 3: Structured for search and answer engines

Phase 1 : Real rooms, real people

Every picture on the site is the clinic’s own: eleven photos of the rooms and six headshots supplied by the team. Every stand-in image came out before launch.

Phase 2 : A page for each discipline and each practitioner

19 pages in all.

  • Services - a hub and five service pages, one per discipline.
  • Team - a hub and six practitioner profiles.
  • Referrals - one page for GPs, insurers and employers.
  • The rest - home, about, contact, privacy and an accessibility statement.

Phase 3 : Structured for search and answer engines

Every page says what it is in schema: MedicalClinic for the practice, MedicalTherapy for each service and FAQPage for the common questions. The two doctors are marked up as physicians and the allied health team as people.

The Home Page

It opens on a full-height navy hero with one real photo of the clinic and one line: Healthcare that works together.

Below it come the five disciplines, a short introduction to the team, a band on coordinated care, workplace and medicolegal assessments, quick facts, who the clinic helps, common questions and one call to action: Start with one message.

On a desktop the services open in a mega panel. On a phone the menu drops down as a navy curtain.

The Enquiry Form

One short form on the contact page: full name, email, what you need and a consent box. Four fields, so a first message takes seconds.

The "What do you need?" list does the sorting: book physiotherapy, psychology, exercise physiology, dietetics or occupational medicine, make a referral, or ask something general.

How an Enquiry Reaches the Clinic

The message is saved, then emailed to reception and the owner in the clinic’s own branding.

It also lands in the clinic’s own lead inbox. Access is by invitation only, and each account sees only this clinic’s enquiries.

Where It Stands

The site has been live on adelaidehealthgroup.com.au since 2 September 2026. Nineteen pages, one form, and every picture from the clinic itself.
